I don't want to spend 140 $$$$$ on a decent graphics card, so I heard this somewhere, but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong but, is there anyway to take ram from you computers ram (mine is 2gb) ti make the graphics card better?

Like you can switch it around so you can make your ram 1512 mb, and your graphics card 512mb?

moved to correct forum as not a windows issue. can only be done in the bios & if bios can't be changed to the high or be updated then you are s.o.l.

It depends on your Graphics card, If you have an onboard graphics card, then you can switch around the Ram, but not extend the RAM. (ie)suppose you have an Onboard GC like nvidia 610i viz can use 256 RAM from the onboard RAM dedicated for Graphics, however you can't extend it to 512MB cuz the GC does support that. There may be someway bit it ain't worth the risk.

You can do it, but it won't make your graphics any faster, trust me.
