I modded my xbox360 with xtreme52 FW a while back, and im still now banned...But should I upgrade to the newest ixtreme or something now? or am I still in the clear with the one I currently have?

as long as your making your games correctly and making sure they are stealth, then i would say there is no advantage to updating. I know quite a few people still running 5.2
