Question on eac3to

Ok so far im trying to conert a eac3 file to ac3 file with eac3to. I using one of the gui interface. when i hit convert
i get an error saying
decoding with direct show Nero audio decoder 2
getting "nero audio decoder 2" instance failed

i have nero 8 so what do i need to do or what am i doing wrong?
