Most of my movies skip when i play them .Im using NERO 8 .I tried burning it longer and i still got the same results. Is there a diffrent way to go or should i get a new DVD burner?Should i use a diffrent version? Whats some of the better DVD burner out there?
i would say your burner is ok and the software worked fine from what you say, you need to look at the discs used cheapo discs cause jumping/skipping/locking etc... there are a couple of things to help bad media, create the project smaller say 4300meg not to burn to outer edge of disc, and burn slow no more than 4x... (also dont do anything else on pc while burning) decent media shouldnt skip like TY or RITEK GO5 ------------ use dvd infopro or dvd identifier to tell us the dye media info... think imgburn will see it too?
