While updating Windows via internet, the pc shut itself down. Now when power is turned on only the fans and drives are operating. The Power LED is on the HDD LED flashes once then stays off. No video signal. I have tried to reset the CMOS, removed all the drives, reinstalled the drives to no prevail. Also no Beeps from the Motherboard Speaker.

Just prior to the Outage, I installed the program for a Line6 Guitar processor. I hooked up the USB connection and Poof. Do you think with all the USB gear I have connected the PSU could not keep up?

Replacing the PSU had no affect. Also removed and replace each of the RAM sticks.

It must be the MotherBoard. The current MB is a MSI K9N SLI Platinum. I can't think of what else it could be.
    Any thoughts?

    Thank you,

    Brian, in Glendale Arizona
