I just bought a TV Samsung R8 Series 26 and I want to use it with my new pc that supports some kind of output (2DVi outputs and a TV out) through an SLI Pair of graphic cards. What type of connection do you recommend and why?

Connect the DVI cable to the output port of your PC and the other end to the DVI input on your TV.

You will need a separate connector for audio. Generally a stereo 1/8” mini-plug to RCA stereo cable will work for this purpose. Connect the mini-plug to the computer audio out jack and the red and white RCA plugs to the corresponding inputs on the TV.

Your PC should automatically configure the display on your TV. If you encounter problems or need more information, consult the manual for your computer’s video card or your computer manufacturer.
