    Can someone help me?
    for example i am browsing on www.youtube.com right, i cant hear any sound. can someone help me what to do? please
    or were i can go for help

    is it muted? Check in the volume control panel. (A little speaker is the tool bar in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.)
