best ds emulation device on ds

    what is the best such as r4 etc. had max media dock and lost apart of it so i really jst want the best one for running ds roms also is there anyway to run them without donor cards, and the main game i want is jump stars 2 which wasnt compatiblle with mmd. sry for the sloppy paragraph but thx for the help
