    thank you cee43ja1 for the help with the video card.......after doing a couple of the steps you told me with a bit of a twist i plugged the monitor to the new pci video card.....but it just shows the windows backround without any icons.....its just like a still when the monitors plugged in......i'm in a rush as you can tell i can't help it its gotta be almost over i mean if the picture showed up what is next?
