    Hi,
I am looking for a point and shoot digital camera that:
    -is user friendly (easy menu)
-has a "macro mode" where I can take a picture of a document and then print it out with very high quality.
    -maximum price about $250
-compact but with a good sized screen
-good quality of printed out (hard copy) pictures

Can anyone give me feedback specifically about:
    -Canon Powershot SD 870 IS
    -Nikon coolpix S500
    -Ricoh Caplio R6
    -Pentax Optio v-10

    I appreciate your help!

I would recommend the Canon. Also consider the less expensive 850 IS and even the Canon 1000. All will do what you ask.....
