    Hey Guys i got this video of a concert if i had to rate it 1 to ten i give it a 6 1/2 ...what dvd software doent have to be free is hands down the best that maybe can get this video to HQ say a 9 ?

    What u r asking for I believe is a digital enhancing program. For what u r asking 4 it to do, u need to contact the CIA,NSA,or FBI digital enhancement department.But then again if they told u, they most likely will have to kill u as well.

    What u r asking for I believe requires a supercomputer to do the image enhancing. Very expensive. Have you considered the "Dragonfly" unit by Algolith ( $$$ )
