I have a Gateway GT4023E will not boot up. The power comes on when I push the power button, but only the cooling fans, HD, and CD/DVD Rom powers up. The system will not even get to the POST. I have checked for bulges in all of the capacitors, they look fine. I have reseated the memory modules. The system will sometimes come up after it has set for several hours powered off and work fine, but if I reboot the system it will not bootup again. This just started with out any intrusion to the case. Any help is greatly appreciated.
