CloneDVD Mobile - Days to download 1 dvd?

I was downloading a dvd that was just 1 hr, 28 min long. However, when I tried to rip the dvd using clonedvd mobile, the program says it will take several days to complete the process. After about 8 or 9 hours, it still had 2000 minutes remaining. I'm ultimately going to put the video on my PSP after using PSP Video 9. I'm not sure what I've done wrong since I followed the dame steps before and had a much quicker process. Any help?

Can you play the file in Windows Media Player,

if not than you do not have the right Direct Show codecs for the video file, this can normally be fixed by downloading ffdshow. You should then be able to convert it easily.
