I'm a total newb when it comes to building.. I just finished building a great gamer pc but after i installed vista and I tried to install a game and it crashes to the blue dump screen. Any suggestions? I am thinking it has someting to do with the bios scince I really dont understand what to do in it and the only thing I done was set the date and time when I set it up. Thanks
Ahh yes, I had the same problem with Supreme Commander and vista 64 bit. What version are you running? I doubt it is the BIOS. Do you have this problem with other games?
It was Company of Heroes and I am running vista 64 as well. I thought it might be the extra ram i installed after i installed vista but after i t crashed i took 2 g out which left me with 2g and it still crashes???
I think the game is fine I belive it is something i did or didn't do during setting up the bios or building this rig! Anything you guys can think of? Drivers, updates, or bios settings?
I installed full spectrem warrior ten hammers and it plays great so it must just be the game. Vista 64 bit ultimate edition sucks!!!!!!!! Untill I can find some good games that will play on it anyway!
