It depends on the game and how the files were created by the developers. Some games have a sounds and music folder in which you can just copy the files. But some games have the sounds and music inside other files. Some you can open with a program like WinZip or something similar, which would allow you to copy them from there. And then, some you won't be able to open. It really just depends on how the developers set up the files. Look in the game's directory and look for sounds and music folders. If you don't see them, they are most likely inside the files you do have. In that case, search the file extension with Google and you should be able to find out how to open those files. But again, some files you won't be able to open without purchasing the program used to create them. Good luck.
