Hi, First time posting I recently bought a new Dell Inspiron desktop. I came with Vista Home Premium.The problem i am having is that Vista needs to go through windows setup which claims to be configuring the program i have just launched. This happens with allot of different programs like iTunes and Microsoft Office 2007. Its hardware is way above what is needed to run Vista so thats no the problem. I have tried searching all over the net in vain. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
so it continuously tries to configure or just on shutdown/start up?? I have vista maybe I can help. tell me exactly the problem
