I just got back into music. I'm downloading concert bootlegs in flac like crazy. I want to convert and burn them onto cd-r. Are these TDK's considered good blank media? I'll post the link. I know about dvd media, but I know nothing about blank cd media. Please help! http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/ExpandedModule.do?oid=158522&callingModule=9#custRatings
Hard to tell if their good quality or not without knowing their manufacturer. Download Nero's DiscSpeed application and read the dye to find out the manufacturer. 9 times out of 10 you can tell if a media is any good by it's manufacturer alone.
I had some bad luck with a 25 pack of TDK CDR's I bought once. Used them for audiodiscs (burned at 16x) & when the disc went beyond 60 minutes there were pausing, skipping & crackling problems so after a few of those I threw the rest away & haven't bought TDK CDR's since. Might have been a bad batch but I don't know.....
