One particular movie that can't find vorbis.dll?

Okay, I downloaded this movie and for the first time, it didn't play in my computer. A pop-up message says "the procedure entry point vorbis_setup_vbr could not be located in the dynamic link library vorbis.dll"

Is there a way I could fix this?

yea, I already installed that. It didn't work. Where exactly do you put it after downloading that. What I did was I saved it in the same folder of the movie but it still couldn't find the vorbis.dll

Hey, what on earth is the UNICODE? Is it a separate program?
