today i suddenly have a problem when printing a document. Half of the information is missing and the information that is there is faded and has a white line through.
Sounds like you have run out of ink. Either that or your printing head needs a good cleaning. All manner of debris (especially if you use inexpensive printing paper) can collect around the printer head, anything from dust to paper fiber. Try using the printers cleaning mode and see if that helps. Beamer
