How can I burn (isz) file?

hi folks,,i have an image thats an isz file,,have googled and have also tried various programmes to burn this to disc,only programme that even recognises the image is daemon tools,so,,question is what programme/programmes do i need to be able to burn this to disc ? cheers ;-)

i just got winmount there,,thats for mounting it,need summit to burn it to disc
