phone vids

i have a short vid on me phone that i want to put on youtube, but i need to chop off part of the start, movie maker wont accept it, tried convertin it to dvd first,but still same??? any help??

 

Hi,

Were you successfull converting it to DVD ?

Then I would use DVDShrink, in Re-Author mode.

Then you can select parts of the movie you wish to keep and generate a new DVD output, without the beginning.

Else, no idea since I am not a video guru.

 

well bot really, it converted but on play back there is a timeline but no vid or audio..??!!

Yes, those are valid DVD files.
Load the VIDEO_TS folder in DVDShrink.

 

any good links to the program??? can it not be done any other way?? i think i transferred a phone vid to youtube b4, not sure how!! )
