    Im not sure if im posting in the right place, I have a SA DVR Recorder from my local cable company, I have some shows on the DVR HDD and I would like to transfer some shows from the UNIT to my computer, it has an option stating: copy to vcr. However my computer has a video capturing card as well, but not sure if any RGA/RCA? cables would work.
