I have a sony Vaio vgn-t150. I bought a new monitor for work and wanted to hook the new monitor to the vaio laptop for a bigger screen. When I attach the VGA cord to the laptop and boot up I get a picture on the screen and it seems to be working fine. But when it gets to the sign in screen it loses the picture and the new monitor says there is no connection. Is there a setting in windows that I need to change to get this to work? Thanks in advance!
