Sony NWZ-A800 series Firmware Update

    I havve been trying to upgrade the firmware of my sony nwz-a816 player to version 2.1. The firmware installer fails at 20 percent every time. I have tried it on three different machines with the same results? Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

    For my SONY NWZ-A816 I found out last night that the firmware update is only for players with v2.0 already installed. My player has firmware version 1.0 and I can't figure out how to upgrade to version 2.0
