Help. What Can i do. Im not great on comps to be honest. So whats the easiest way to get rid of vista and put my XP back. my specs are Field Value Operating System Microsoft Windows Vista Professional Pretty sure its (ultimate) CPU Type AMD Athlon XP, 2200 MHz (11 x 200) 3200+ Motherboard Name Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe (5 PCI, 1 AGP Pro, 1 WiFi, 3 DDR DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN) Field Value Motherboard Chipset nVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400 Field Value System Memory 1024 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM) The reason im downgrading is vista wont let me play games because my motherboard aint compatiable ? a think? PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF VISTA.

just go to top of afterdawn homepage.where it says search.type in downgrade from vista to xp.theres loads of info there mate
did it on my computer when vista started to act up. just make sure you save all your important files to a external drive, or USB stick, because everything on your HD will be erased.
if you boot with an XP cd when you install it, you should have an option to reformat the HD your installing it on so you can choose if you want any partitions. once you reformat, your old OS, vista, should be completely gone.
