Hey everyone, (first time on After Dawn),

I installed Windows Vista Business on my PC about 8 months ago and ever since I did, it's been taking real long to boot to the log in screen. I startup the system, it goes through the regular checks and then it takes like 2-3 minutes to get to the log in screen...this never happened before when I used to have windows XP. At first, I didn't really care but now it's gotten to the point where I REALLY need it to boot up quickly. Has anyone been through the same thing?...PLEASE HELP!!!

Well i have a new PC that came with Vista, even when it was new it took over a minute to boot up, now, less than a month later, it's taking up to two minutes to load. I have another PC that's worse, been running XP for the last year, and it loads in under half a minute. Vista just takes longer to load...
