Good sound card to connect to A/V Receiver

    I wanted to know whats a good affordable sound card that i can connect to my A/V receiver via digital coax or toslink. I have a 5.1 onkyon home theater system if it helps thanks.

    You really really want an optical output for your reciever. i say Creative sucks, but thats just me.

    I use a HT Omega striker 7.1 and the b-gears both have the toslink and have very good sound just got the new 7.1 for 70.00 and the b-gears cost me 89.00 a couple years ago what sound conpared to the onboard sound in my Vista Ultimate media center HTPC hooked to a Pioneer AV receiver.

    Well i ended up buying a XFI Sound Blaster Extreme Audio for $45 bucks and the digital I/O module for $10 so i can connect Toslink I/O and Coax I/O. Was that a good deal?
