my laptop has been messing up lately and i wanted to reboot it to factory but i dont have the disk. is there a way i can donwload them or something thank you
No, you will have to go out and buy a Windows XP (or whatever OS your using) disk. I do not believe that there is any other way to completely restore a computer, without having the OS disk or a backup.
