AC3 DVM and FFDSHOW

    Hey, i'm trying to play a .avi file, the video goes though FFDSHOW but the audio doesn't. i want to get a volume boost without re-encoding it.

    avicodec gives me this info on the file:
    Audio : 114 MB, 384 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 6 channels, 0x2000 = AC3 DVM Codec, CBR, , Supported

    and i was wondering how do i get it to work though FFDSHOW?

    Do you have the decoder for AC3 enabled in FFDShow? Set it to liba52
