my pc freezes a lot when opening up more then 2 or 3 pages,is there a free software to help

my pc freezes a lot when opening up more then 2 or 3 pages, like you open up one then you open up another one ,& i know that a lot of us do this sometimes when you only have one pc & you are downloading or converting a file it can takes up the band width of the pc & it slows your pc down so you cant even surf on the net,my connection is 20.meg is there a free software to help me with this problem i know that most people go through this when you are trying to do 5 things at once,even when i am not converting or downloading a file it crashes now & again as in freezes up & its like you keep clicking the mouse for it to go back to normal but it doesn't,i even have to reboot by pressing out the power button to re-boot,its not nice to have to go through all that,is there one that can work in the back ground of the pc a easy to use one if its one that you have to click a few clicks to make it work,iv;e got kaspasky 6.0 but that is just for trojans thats all i got & easy cleaner,& spyware master where i used it today & deleted most of my duplicute files that i thought that i didn't need i had to restore most of them back,im not clued up with a computer im just basic,thats the problem with some tools they delete things you need, & i don't know what you are meant to keep or what to delete & freezes,thats when im dowlowding please help,it is very important to have this software it will make my life so much easier to live thanks god bless you all at afterdawn.com

 

my advice get rid of internet explorer as your browser (use firefox 2.0 instead)

1. next make sure you have a firewall (zonealarm recommended free)
2. ensure your antivirus is up to date.
3. remove your antispyware software (probably your problem with why your computer freezes while on the internet) most antivirus does a good job preventing spyware from getting on your computer and not using internet explorer as your browser reduces your chances of getting spyware.
4. Install "returnil" use "engage" this program when you are surfing the internet. Any spyware that gets into your computer while on the internet will disappear as soon as you reboot. This is better than any antispyware software and it has zero slowdown. It's also "free"

If the above doesn't fix your problem, remove kepersky antivirus and replace it with the free "avg" antivirus. Maybe kepersky is what is causing the slowdown.
