    Hi,
I am trying to see a Korean movie for which I have subtitles in the .sub format. I am using Crystal Player.
However, when I load the subtitles, I have both Korean and English subtitles on the screen.
Is there anything I can do to see only one or the other?
    Thanks,

Not familiar with that player, however, I watched "The Restless" and "Shadowless Sword" I think in WMP and or VLC/ MPC . They are all free. Had same dubs in .sub/idx format. The movie was in WMV format I think and had both Korean and English subs.

    Thanks.
I tried it in WMP and I was only able to see the Korean subtitles. Any way to switch to the English ones? (the .sub file apparently includes both English and Korean subtitles in one file, I am not sure how is that possible)

You should have a choice to swithc between the subtitles stream.
Download VobSub also, I think is better than WMP at displaying the subs. It is a small subtitling application that will automatically load when you open the video file.

I installed VobSub, but there was no change when I reopened the avi file in either Crystal Player or WMP. Still seeing only the Korean subs in WMP and both Korean and English in Crystal Player.
    Any suggestions?...

When you open the AVI, does VobSub launches? Do you see the green arrow on the bottom righ hand side of your monitor?

You shouold be able to switch the Korean subs off in Crystal player, and turn the english ones off in WMP:
