RAM isues?

    I have some 256 MB RAM cards in my PC. I have just bought a 512 MB card. This may be nonsense but I have been told that there may be issues with running a combination of 256 and 512 RAM cards in a PC- does anyone know anything about this?

    it should not be a problem. i used to run a 512MB stick and a 256MB stick in my old machine and it worked fine.
