USB flash disk problem

    guys, i need help with my usb flash disk.. nothing seems wrong with it when i transfer files (videos, archives, etc.) from my pc but when i try to use the files i copied to other computers, the files become useless and vice versa (meaning when i copy files from other computers and use it on my pc, same situation..) i mean at first i was not bothered because i thought that maybe it has some trouble with regards to copying but lately this thing is starting to happen everytime.. an suggestions?? thanks in advance for your help...
    btw. my flash disk is a kingston datatraveler 2gb..

    are you using the "Safely Remove" function? (assuming using Windows) if you copy something onto USB and then just pull the USB device out from the computer, the files can get corrupt, or not show up at all.
