Install Vista Ultimate Light

    Hi i was just wondering if I could Install Windows Vista Ultimate Lite (660 mb) onto my 1 Gb Flash drive. Then i can boot from my Flash drive when i want to run vista.

    I have tried to do this already, but the Installer does not recognize my Flash drive.

    I have tried to format the flash drive in the following formats Fat32 and NTFS. Both which are not recognized by the installer.

    Is there anything i can/should do to get Vista installer to recognize the Flash drive.

    that wont work. just because the cd is 650mb doesnt mean that that is how much space it will take up on the hard drive. it will still install in 5-10gb.
