This is my first MP3 player (Sansa E250) and to be quite honest, it's been a little frustrating. I have been able to download music and listen to it, but it's not near as user friendly as I expected. Here are my issues: - The installation CD has never loaded, so I've been learning as I go. I've attempted to download the user manual via the web and have had no luck as well. I may not be missing much, but it might help me solve my next issue. - I've been listening to the Sansa all morning. I went to upload a few songs and the thing is dead. I know the battery is full. My computer hasn't recognized the UBS connection either. I can't turn the darn MP3 player on and I'm at a loss!n It's completely dead and I get no response from anything I try. - I also tried downloading the latest firmware update and no luck. I'm not sure if my PC has a bug that is the root of all my problems or what the heck is going on. I do know that this is day 4 of this new toy, and I'm not impressed. Has anyone ever encountered these issues or have any suggestions. Thanks ahead of time!
I'm not real familiar with that player, but i'd be taking it back for all those reasons. Exchange it for a new one and be done with it.
