Speed Up Computer

    How can you speed up your computer using virtual, i have a really old computer so i dont know how to and is it possible to use readyboost on XP because my computer isnt compatible with vista. Even if you know how i can use vista on my computer let me know.

    Pentium 3 450mhz
    256mb Ram
    27gb hdd

    don't even bother with vista on that machine as doesn't even get close to system requirements.

    you're not going to get much out of a 450mhz pIII. best thing would be to swap out the 450mhz for something higher, if possible. you'll have to go to a used computer shop, or a pick and pull shop to find a pIII.

    also, increasing the ram to the max (most likely 512) would help out the system.

    there is no readyboost (as far as i know) in xp. it was designed in the vista OS.
