Hey i'm downloading counter strike + half life. I am a newbie to this im more of a console guy. I wanted to know how do i play the game after ive donwloaded it? I got UTorrent,Winrar,Nero burner is there any other software i need? And can i play the game off my pc rather then having to put it on a CD and playing it off a CD?
im under the assumption that this is a legit operation therefore its off steam. this would mean that u have no cd to play it off of and in order to play all u have to do is open up steam and chose the game u want to play
When i click on add a non steam game i cant find CSS. I start the game through this file Run_CSS.bat.
Umm, you can copy all the files off the CD to your pc and run it like that. Just make a folder and put the files in there , And If you want move the folder to " My Documents" and Right click the Run_CSS.bat. and Create a shortcut to your Desktop.
