    Hi
I need to transfer some VHS cassettes to DVD so i connected my VCR to my TV Tuner. My VCR has the composite audio left & right (red & white) ports on it but doesnt have a video (yellow) one. So I used a scart to composite adapter on the VCR and connected the composite cables to my PC through it. Now im using WinDVR and I connected my PS2 via composite and it worked great but im getting no picture or sound when I connect the VCR and press play, the preview screen is just goes grey. What is wrong? Could it be faulty wires? I also tryed using VirtualDub but still nothing.
Anyone no how I can fix this?

    Thank You

I also forgot to mention that the composite cable im using hasnt got 3 wire, only 2. One is yellow and one is black. Im assuming the yellow is for video and black is for sound, or I may just be using a completly wrong wire.
    Somebody help please

    tnk u
