I think that's to do with the version you have. There are many slightly different ones.
I used v11 of the emu because it looked like it was a final rather than a beta.

As you can see they work perfectly, have you unzipped the files right down? (worryingly some people on the xport forums were talking about v16 as though it runs the disks still zipped..)
I will have a look and see if there is a config file for Moonstone anywhere.

This is where it is worth always having a pc version of the emulator to try settings.
