Record Program while Watching a Different Program

    Hi,

    I have a starview box and want to buy a dvd recorder. Is it possible to watch a program on my digital receiver box (the starview box)whilst recording a different channel from the box?

    If Starview is satellite or digital cable, you'll need two boxes, to do that. Maybe a second line coming in the house. I'm not familiar with Starview.
