hi, i have a 20 inch aluminum 2.4ghz imac and im using the built in speakers. whenever i play music through my itunes library, its like the music is very far away from me and it sounds like i have really cheap mono speakers. When i play the music on VLC or quicktime its slightly better but still not great. However whenever i play movies, using VLC the sound quality is really good, so i dont understand what the problem is. I want to play my music of itunes cause i have a big library and i have sorted it out on itunes. Also i turned the equalizer off while playing the music on itunes.
