cant send tones to phone

    i have a motorola krzr k1m and i have been trying to make and send ringtones to it. i cut down my songs to less tan 20 sec, then encoded it with razorlame. then i send it to my phone through this website:

    i did "back in black" and it worked. but then i tried to send another my and phone wouldnt get the massage. whats wrong?
