How to use headphones on TV with NO earjack?

Can anyone help? I want to use headphones with my TV but it has no earjack and no option in the setup menu to change the audio output.

 

if you have any analog audio outputs on yer tv, just get a rca/mini plug adapter.

 

Thanks, I have sorted the problem took a while, but found the cheapest way was to attached speakers with built in amp and head jack.

glad you sorted it out. But for the record, an adapter will cost about $5.
