dvd flick 1.3 problem

i have the beta version of dvd flick, 1.3 and im not sure if its a bug problem or what but i have a mvk. file. and when i put it in to convert, it makes the sound all weird. well i hear everything correctly, but all of the voice only comes out of the right speaker. the music and background sound still plays equally on left and right, but not the sound. when i played the file with vlc, i had to adjust the sound to the right to balance it out. but when i watch it on tv, i cant do that, and i know its not the tv's problem but the conversion. i also leave the disc space at 96%. is there a way to fix this? i converted this mvk. file twice now and its still the same.
