CloneDVD Mobile error converting .VOB to .MP4

I have 3 .VOB files a little over 4GB each. I converted the first to .mp4 (for ipod) fine. I can't get past 80% when I convert the second, and 90% when I convert the third. Never more, never less... I've tried several times. Here's the error I get:

Try appending the scale filter to your filter list,
e.g. -vf spp,scale instead of -vf spp.

How can I fix this? It doesn't make sense because the first 90% of the movie works perfectly...
