dwwin.exe is a Microsoft system reporting tool not the trouble maker. This refers to a corrupted system file or folder on your machine. Well, the problem is not this file, the file is the Microsoft Application Error Reporting. Try and Run the system file checker command by doing the following: Open a run command type in: sfc /scannow click [OK] and wait for it to finish.
