Mac Draft equivalent for Windows XP or Vista?

    Hello. my brother is currently going to school for plumbing and is learning on a MAC with MAC draft 4.0. Is there an equivalent program to Mac Draft in the windows world? I look at autocad but that seems to heavy. Any suggestions would help.
