i bought a bluetooth dongle and it didn´ work, first time i pluged it in a pop up saying it wasn't recognized came up, but nothing happende after i did some intallation stuff now my bt dongle won't be recognized nor would i get a pop up
Hi, You need to check what Zer0ink said and ensure you have installed the drivers properly. Then again check what Zer0ink said and check in your device manager. Do you see an icon for your bluetooth device? Does it have a yellow / red icon over it? If so right click on the icon with the yellow / red mark and select "uninstall". Once this has completed put the dongle back in and it should pick it up and continue installing the drivers. You may need to refresh device manager or select "scan for hardware changes". just before you reinstall drivers if you see the BT device in you divice manager right click on it and delete it then reinstall
