Ok ive done a fair bbit of reading and still not found what im looking for, so sorry if this has been answered. Any help is app.

Ive Connected the xbox to PC and Used FLASH FXP to put XBMC into
E:/ APPS. The files and folders are all there but i havent worked out how to run it from the xbox. I already have Evolution X as my dashboard and a working copy of XBMP 2.2 However most of the new files in Divx or xvid dont work on my version of XBMP. I would like to upgrade to XBMC and would like to know how to open the added files on my xbox. Thnx in advance for any help.

IF you want XBMP gone, then delete it from the Apps, and then FTP the whole XBMC folder into the Apps folder. It should be there on the Xbox, just go to Applications on ur Modded dashboard.

Thank you corn for your reply, I removed the XBMPlayer from E: Applications and then added the new XBMC to the same folder. (E: APPS) It works perfectly now but only after i removed the first version. I open it through going to "launch items from hardrive" then added applications, XBMC.

Anyway on the dash board. The logo for the XBMP is still on the evolution dashboard in red and i have no clue how to remove it. I have removed the files from E: APPS but the files are still there on the dashboard. Can i remove the red writing and add XBMCenter to the start up dashboard where my skin picture is? (atom guy!) ;o)

Thanks for your help already and help is appreciated.
