i have a motorola v400 an my lcd light is not coming on...i have to go to a lighted place so i can see in my phone...i was wondering what can be the prolem that the background light is not coming on any more i bought this phone brand new about 2 months ago i never dropped it or anything...the back ground light was working perfectly till the other dat it just crunk out on me...some i'll notice that the light would want to come on but it just goes right back out
You may have somehow turned the backlight off. This is an option on most phones. Browse through all your phone settings to find a backlight menu, if you cannot turn it back on, contact the store you bought it from.
